One Timer currently accepts delivery requests only for destinations within the United States. Timing begins after the order details and availability are confirmed.

   We verify the configuration, final price, delivery address, payment, and current availability.

   Prepare and ship

   Processing and carrier estimates are shared with the accepted order and may change if a delay occurs.

   Inspect delivery

   Check the package promptly and keep packaging and photographs if anything arrives damaged or incorrect.

Order confirmation and transit

Processing and delivery estimates begin only after the configuration, price, address, payment, and availability are confirmed. Carrier transit times are estimates and may be affected by weather, peak periods, remote destinations, or other events outside our control.

Delays

If we cannot ship within the time stated in the accepted order, or within the period otherwise required by law, we will notify the customer and provide the options required by applicable law, which may include agreeing to a revised date or canceling for a prompt refund.

Report visible shipping damage, missing items, or an incorrect product using the support contact below. Include the order reference and clear photographs so the issue can be reviewed.
