Send the order reference, product, reason, and photographs when the item is damaged or defective.

Do not ship the product until One Timer provides the applicable return instructions.

Inspection and refund
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product is inspected.
Return condition
Generally eligible: unused, uncut, unmodified products with original packaging and proof of purchase.
May be ineligible: customized, personalized, cut, altered, used, clearance, or final-sale products, except where required by law.
Shipping charges
Responsibility for return shipping and any refund of original shipping charges is confirmed before an approved return is sent. Defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products are handled according to the accepted order, warranty, and applicable law.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Financial institutions may require additional time to post a credit.
